29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(viii): Jacks which were out of order were not tagged accordingly, and were used without repairs being made. a) Jobsite: Container MRKU5802384 - A Pittsburgh Automotive Floor Jack that was missing its rear casters and load rating label was used during car loading operations. The use of the damaged jack exposed employees to falling object and crushing hazards. Observed on or about 2/21/17.
