29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) OEG Building Materials Inc. - Manufacturing Plant: The employer did not develop, implement or document lockout/tagout procedures for machinery including but not limited to the Samco Machine (line #1), Decking Line machine, Samco machine model 80045, S/N 6800MOS (line #2), Straightener feeder machine Model STF5R24AC, S/N 12251, etc. Employees conducting cleaning operations or minor maintenance were not provided with the energy control procedures, on or about 02/15/2017.
