29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): Any other operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate. a) 1310 South 24th St. Nashville, TN - On or about 2/7/17, the employer train the operator of the SKYJACY Tele Handler rough terrain forklift on the equipment's Operating Manual, specifically the safety precautions. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
