29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: The employer is failing to protect employees from respiratory hazards. This was most recently documented on February 1, 2017 at 9100 West Liberty Drive, Pleasant Valley, Missouri 64068. The employer is not adequately identifying and evaluating respiratory hazards associated with the tank cleaning and servicing processes. The employer did not provide the necessary personal protective equipment in order to protect the employees from the contaminants chemical state and physical form. The environment inside the tank was not properly assessed prior to the employee starting the tank cleaning process.
