29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i): The employer did not compile information pertaining to the equipment in the process On or about August 8, 2016, and at times prior to and thereafter, the employer did not compile information pertaining to the equipment in the wet out process within the CIPP operations, including but not limited to the following: a) Materials of construction of the wet out process equipment was not compiled. b) Piping and instrument diagrams of the wet out process were not compiled. c) Electrical classification documentation of the wet out process was not compiled. d) Relief system design and design basis of the tanks and equipment was not compiled. e) Ventilation system design information of the wet out process area was not compiled. f) Design codes and standards were not compiled. g) Material and energy balances for the wet out process was not compiled. h) Safety systems listing was not compiled.
