29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): Employer's written Hazard Communication Program did not address methods the employer would use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks: On or about January 9th,2017, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure that appropriate steps were described in their hazard communication program for a non-routine task, such as but not limited to responding to an accidental mixing of chemicals at the workplace.
