29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support offhand grinding work and was not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) IRECO Machining Center-7300 BLDG and Production Department- On December 21, 2016, the employer did not ensure that work rests were installed and properly adjusted to support grinding work on equipment, such as three DeWalt 8 inch Bench Grinders.
