29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a/ Inside of the Header Department, two portable fire extinguishers were partially blocked. One fire extinguisher was partially blocked by stacked lumber. The second fire extinguisher was partially blocked by a conveyor system.
