29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: a) 1819 Ginnoda St, Philadelphia, PA - Employees working from the ends of a fabricated frame scaffold approximately 30 feet above the ground with no end rails in stalled, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about September 16, 2016.
