29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects: a) On or about 09/19/16 at 375 Melville Street, Rochester, New York; the employer did not ensure employees wore protective helmets while picking up debris being torn from the roof overhead. The employees wore canvas baseball caps while working on the ground and were exposed to head injuries. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
