29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: A.) Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Inc., 9440 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, chemical breakdown area, on or about September 7, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees were performing work activities that included, but not limited to, diluting sulfuric acids and breaking down chemicals into smaller containers. Employees were not wearing protective clothing to prevent chemical burns to the torso and legs.
