29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit is not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": Employees working in the body shop are exposed to burns and smoke inhalation, in the event of fire, and the employer does not ensure that all exit doors are marked by a sign reading "Exit." This violation was last observed on September 6, 2016, in the body shop. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that all exit doors are clearly visible and marked with a sign that reads "Exit." Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, including a copy of site-specific program detailing the procedures used to ensure compliance and training of employees.
