29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: On or about August 25, 2016, and times prior thereto, at this facility, the employer had not provided a medical evaluation to employees required to wear tight-fitting respirators when operating in spray booth, cleaning the plastic products, loading coating agents into supply systems and working with and around hazardous chemicals.
