On or about August 4, 2016, the written respiratory protection program did not contain procedures for cleaning, disinfecting, storing, inspecting, discarding, and otherwise maintaining tight fitting respirators. Employees wore half mask respirators for lead cleanup and were exposed to lead hazards.
