29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type of magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) On or about August 5, 2016, machine operators were not trained as authorized employees, when their work tasks included cleaning, clearing jams and unclogging roving exposing them to potentially hazardous energy sources.
