29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(ii): Lavatories were not provided with hot and cold, or tepid running water. On or about 8/4/16 in the Maintenance Bay bathroom; the employer allowed employees to use the bathroom where hot water was not provided to wash hands of cement, dirt, other chemicals and human waste; thus exposing employees to serious health hazards.
