29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) 1400 E. 4th St. Bethlehem, PA: On or about July 20, 2016, employees used various chemical compounds, including Mobil 1 Motor Oil, Power Service Diesel Fuel Supplement and Heavy Duty Oven Cleaner to during the servicing and or cleaning the garbage trucks, but the company had not developed a written hazard communication program to provide employee information and training.
