29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: a) Throughout facility: The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan for employees exposed to blood and bodily fluids that included an exposure determination, methods of compliance for engineering and work practice controls, personal protective equipment and housekeeping, information about the hepatitis B vaccination, procedures for post-exposure evaluation and follow-up, communication of hazards to employees, and recordkeeping, on or about 7/18/16. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
