29 CFR 1926.451(e)(4)(viii): Stairtowers (scaffold stairway/towers) were not provided with a landing platform at least 18 inches (45.7 cm) wide by at least 18 inches (45.7 cm) long at each level: a. At the west side of the south building, employees were exposed to a 27 foot fall hazard while using a stairtower erected to provide access to the scaffold frames without being provided with landing platforms at each level, on or about 07/07/2016.
