29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(1)(i): Where methylene chloride was present in the workplace, the employer did not determine each employee's exposure: Atlanta East Stripping and Refinishing Company, Inc., Decatur, GA - A paint removing compound containing methylene chloride was used for the stripping of some of the furniture at the site. Initial monitoring to determine the employee's exposure was not conducted, on or about 6/1/16.
