29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about May 20, 2016, at 2490 Holly Court, Cumming, Georgia: An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6-feet when he worked from a tubular welded frame scaffold that was erected directly on its poles. Base plates were not used.
