29 CFR 1926.1403(a): The employer did not use the manufactures instructions during the assembly/disassembly process: a) On or about April 21, 2016 and times prior at a field near 4907 Marler Rd, Pike Road, Al: The employer failed to ensure the employees used the manufactures instructions during the disassemble of the Link-Belt LS-108B Crawler Crane, S/N G4485, lattice boom which exposed employees to the hazards associated with being struck-by/caught-under boom sections.
