29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrocution hazards associated with live parts of equipment or the unexpected energization of electrical equipment when installing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning equipment. This was most recently documented on or about March 1, 2016 at the Under Armour Store jobsite, located at 1843 Village West Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas, the employees were not instructed in the recognition of the hazards associated with working on or around live electrical circuits or equipment and the methods to mitigate those hazards.
