29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Maintenance shop, northeast wall: On or about February 17, 2016, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard when operating a Porter Cable drill press (model: PCB66ODP, serial: 073333) without a chip guard. (b) Cooking area, inside Schroter oven: On or about February 17, 2016, employees were exposed to hazards associated with unexpected startup while placing and removing chickens racks into ovens; (c) Cooking area, inside second Schroter oven: On or about February 17, 2016, employees were exposed to hazards associated with unexpected startup while placing and removing chickens racks into ovens; and (d) Cooking area, inside the Marlen oven: On or about February 17, 2016, employees were exposed to hazards associated with unexpected startup while placing and removing chickens racks into ovens.
