29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about 12/10/15 at 1301 New Savannah Road, Augusta, GA: The written specific energy control procedure for each machine in the boning and forklift shops were not developed, documented, and utilized where employees were performing servicing and maintenance activities such as but not limited to cleaning, setting up, unjamming, changing blades, and maintenance that exposed the employees to an amputation and caught-in hazard.
