29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: (a) On or about November 2, 2015, and at times prior, the electrical outlet supplying power to the EZLift Floor to Floor convey belt, was broken and bent. The outlet is next to the conveyor belt's up/down/stop control box on the ground floor where workers regularly reach. Employees are exposed to shock and electrocution hazards.
