29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) Sawmill/Planer Area: On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, sawdust had accumulated on the structural components, wood beams of the ceiling, and on the walls throughout the sawmill and planer area. (b) Sawmill/Planer Area: On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, sawdust piles had accumulated on, in, and around the electrical panels, electrical outlets, electrical switches, receptacles, electrical wires, electrical conduit, and electrical fixtures throughout the mill. (c) Sawmill/Planer Area: On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, sawdust had accumulated on/in equipment and the motors of equipment, such as but not limited to the gang saw, planer, and edger. (d) Sawmill/Planer Area: On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, sawdust had accumulated approximately 5 feet deep along the outside edge of the sawmill and planer area.
