29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Campsite- On or about August 25, 2015 and December 4, 2015, 120 Volt, 30 amp breaker field boxes throughout the campsite were not adequately labeled. The breakers in the field boxes were not labeled to indicate the correct and corresponding campsite box. The breakers in the field boxes must be properly labeled to ensure employees can turn off the power to the correct and corresponding campsite box to safely perform any servicing or maintenance operations on that campsite box, and avoid electrical hazards.
