29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6): Equipment located in damp or wet locations was not identified for that purpose. Smog-Hog #3, A. Schulman Custom Compounding NE, Inc., 53 Millbrook Street, Worcester, Massachusetts; Smog-Hog #3 was installed outside of the facility, exposed to rain and snow. This equipment was not designed for a wet environment. Electrical boxes mounted on the machine by the manufacturer were not water tight and water accumulated inside them.
