29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Service Bay No. 1 - On or about 08/07/2015, a 14 gauge, orange extension cord was attached to the building's concrete block wall by means of metal conduit clips. b) Storage Room - On or about 08/07/2015, a 14 gauge, orange extension cord was attached to the building's ceiling joists by means of nails. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
