29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a- Building 25, Creekside Way, Burlington Township NJ: A company employee was exposed to electrocution hazards when using electrically powered circular saws and extension cords that both contained visibly damaged sections. Condition observed on or about 07/16/15.
