29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(A): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive training on operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator was authorized to operate: (a) Boise Center Operations Yard: On or about July 20 2015, and at times prior thereto, the employer training program did not incorporate all the types of powered industrial trucks and/or equipment that the employees are required to operate. Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation ARE required for this item.
