29 CFR 1910.303(a): The conductors and/or equipment required or permitted by this subpart were not approved: Production Line Area: On or about June 3, 2015 the employer did not ensure that extruders, pre-setup carts, heater bands, and related accessories such as, but not limited to, conductors and electrical components were designed and/or approved for use in wet locations. Employees operating uncertified or unlabeled electrical energized equipment were exposed to hazards associated with electrical shock, arcing, and burns.
