29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a. Wilbert, Inc. - Bellevue, OH: On or about May 14, 2015, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 4.5-5 ft. when on a portion of the machine's housing and lower stair platform associated with press A54 hopper. Employees used parts of the machine, that were not equipped with a standard railing, to gain access to the hopper platform.
