29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about May 07, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were using a 6-foot folding stepladder to access and egress the roof. The ladder being used in the closed position against the parapet wall was exposing the employees to fall hazard.
