29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer: (a) On or about 6/4/15 - MRB line, the employee(s) were provided a 3M 8210 face filtering respirator to be used when adding breading compounds to hoppers. The employee(s) exposure to Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (Total Dust) exceeded the Permissible Exposure Limit of 15mg/m3. A respirator protection program including medical evaluation and FIT testing had not been implemented.
