29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) Worksite, Grinding Department: Employees were using the Jet 6 Bench Grinder, Model #JBG-6A, Serial #12030601 to grind metal pieces with a work rest that had an opening of approximately one inch; on or about 4/22/15. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
