29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) Facility, 320 Locust Street, McKeesport, PA: On or about February 19, 2015 the work rests on the DeWalt DW 758 bench grinder located in the "old building" was adjusted to an opening of approximately 5/16 inch. The grinder is used by employees to sharpen tools and parts.
