29 CFR 1910.107(b)(8): Each spray booths was not separated from other operations by not less than 3 feet, or by a greater distance, or by such partition or wall as to reduce the danger from juxtaposition of hazardous operations. On or about February 18, 2015 the employer did not ensure that a spray booth was separated from other activities by at least three feet from other operations exposing employees to explosion and fire hazards.
