29 CFR 1926.251(b)(1): Welded alloy steel chain slings did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and sling manufacturer: On Gulfview Dr., Richmond, TX, on February 7, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees used alloy steel chain slings without any identification affixed. A sling failed during lifting operations.
