29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a.) American Refining Group, Inc. - On or about January 28, 2015, and at times prior thereto, electricians were not trained in and familiar with the proper use of electrical related personal protective equipment during installation of an Allen Bradley brand 480 Volt starter. The 480V starter was being installed into the Crude Unit Motor Control Center which was not de-energized prior to installation of the motor starter.
