29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them: a) 1001 South 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA - Employees were not instructed in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards and the regulations of their work environment to control or eliminate hazards. The employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while performing framing operations on or about January 21, 2015.
