29 CFR 1910.1048(c)(2): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of formaldehyde which exceeded two parts per million as a 15-minute short term exposure limit (STEL): On or about November 5th, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was found to be exposed to a 3.3 ppm over a fifteen (15) minute period while conducting teaching duties at the anatomy department.
