29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a) Throughout the Workplace, on or about and times prior to October 21, 2014, the employer did not educate employees who are required to fight incipient fires on portable fire extinguisher use and the hazards associated with extinguishing an incipient stage fire, thus exposing employees to fire hazards.
