29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) 2nd Floor Lab - On or about October 3, 2014, a metal beam (measuring approximately 4 inch high by 144 inch in length with 6 bolts up to 3.5 inches high) was bolted to the floor creating a trip hazard for employees that transport caustic chemicals over the beam.
