29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: Factory site: On or about October 1, 2014, and at times prior thereto, one employee was working on the platform above CR-1 with the gate open. This condition exposed the employee to a fall greater that 4-feet.
