29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments for immediate use in the event of fire or emergency: a) 15 Thatcher Road, Dayton, NJ 08810. The employer allowed his employees to work in the warehouse where Emergency Exits were blocked by materials and or equipment, employees possibly trapped and exposed to smoke inhalation, burns and possible death. Condition occurred on or about 09/11/14.
