29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about October 20, 2014,the employer had not conducted a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures at least annually. Equipment and machinery within the facility includes but is not limited to, weld mills, presses, grinders, straighteners, cut-off saws, and cranes. Potential hazardous energies include pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and gravitational.
