29 CFR 1910.119(d)(2)(i)(D): Information concerning the technology of the process did not include safe upper and lower limits for such items as temperatures, pressures, flows or compositions. (a) 1 Devco Drive, Manchester Pennsylvania - The employer did not ensure that safe upper pressure and temperature limits of vessel 1 were correct in the process safety information, on or about August 20, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
