29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) Martinez, Jose dba Diablos Construction at 1814 Blue Star Lane, Louisville, CO 80027: On and before August 2nd, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure that the ladder side rails extended at least 3 feet above the landing when accessing the garage roof. The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet.
